This workshop highlights the science and economics of integrating and coordinating investments in children and their caregivers using existing platforms across the areas of health, education, nutrition, and social protection.

Financing Investments in Young Children Globally. Date: August 26, 2014 - August 27, 2014. Delhi. This public workshop features presentations that surround issues in financing investments across health, education, nutrition, and social protection that aim to improve children's developmental potential.

Reaching and Investing in Children at the Margins. Date: November 3, 2015 - November 4, 2015. Prague. This workshop brings to the foreground a scientific perspective on children at the margins. These include children with developmental delays and disabilities, refugees, immigrants, migrants, street children, those living in institutions, ethnically and linguistically diverse children, and children from under-resourced communities, many of which, face discrimination.

Supporting Family and Community Investments for Young Children Globally. Date: July 27, 2015 - July 29, 2015. Addis Ababa. This workshop features presentations and discussions that highlight the science and economics of understanding and supporting family and community investments in children and their caregivers using coordinated approaches across the areas of health, education, nutrition, and social protection.

This workshop provides an opportunity to inform the global agenda on humanitarian work by highlighting the science of early childhood and interventions that have evidence of promoting peace and reducing violence.

Moving From Evidence to Implementation of Early Childhood Programs: Strategies for Implementation. Date: June 23, 2016. Toronto. This workshop examines motivations for policy- and decision-makers to implement policies as well as and the technical considerations for implementing programs that invest in the health, education, nutrition, and social protection of young children.

Innovations in Investing in Young Children Globally—A Workshop. Date: October 20, 2016 - October 21, 2016. Abidjan. The Forum explored innovations in investments from both the private and public sectors as well as highlighted several innovative programs that address children’s health, education, nutrition, and social protection needs. The workshop allows for further exploration of current innovations related to investing in young children globally, yet with a regional focus on West Africa.
